Pets (cats and dogs only) are permitted in accordance with community guidelines and with prior written approval from management. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum two per household) applies. Pet rent of $30 per pet per month (maximum two pets) is due on the 1st of each month along with other charges. All pets must not belong to aggressive or restricted breeds and must not have exhibited aggressive behavior, including biting or attacking. Restricted breeds include Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, and mixes thereof. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, and insects are prohibited for both residents and guests. Misrepresentation of a pet’s breed or behavior is a material lease violation.
No smoking allowed inside the unit or within 15 feet of the building.
